I have order furniture items from fab furnish.com and I have received tht items damaged. After a long follow and and harrying. E mail and calling procedure they provided me voucher of rs. 2500 against rs. 6800 spent on damaged furniture. I purchased one iteam from that voucher that also came damaged and they provided me new voucher and I have tried using that voucher in 3 to 4 times through different e mail ids and all time order been cancelled without any reason . Now they r saying you r using it through different e mail I’d that’s why we have cancelled it and now they have deactivated the voucher also. First of all they provided me damaged furniture and now it’s been amost 2 months I am getting mental harassment of placing orders and they r just cancelling it.
