Fabfurnish – No refund after request for return of product

I had ordered a Coffee Table vide order id 302395186 through FabFurnish on January 26, 2017. I have received the product after 50 days of placing the order, i.e. on March 11, 2017, and that also not as described on the website. I immediately requested for return. However neither the return pick has been done nor the refund has been received. I am try to reach them but all efforts in vain.
I request you to please carry out a thorough investigation into the matter and arrange to refund the amount paid by me without any delay in the interest of fair treatment to me as a consumer and also your reputation. I am deeply anguished at the absence of any response from your firm to my complaint. Is this one of those fraud websites? Please help me to resolve my grievance.
