Subject: Fraudulent Transaction and Misleading Practices by Fala International Services
I received a call from an unknown number promising three gift vouchers and was asked to visit their location. Upon arrival, I was met by sales representatives who presented enticing vacation plans worth ₹269,000. They pressured me to accept the offer on the same day, claiming the price would increase otherwise. They requested my credit card details, assuring me of 0% interest and an EMI of ₹5000 for 60 months. Initially, they mentioned checking my credit card eligibility but deducted ₹269,000 without my consent on 28/04/2024.
The same day, as advised by them, I used another credit card, and another ₹269,000 was deducted on 05/05/2024. Despite their promises, neither transaction was converted to EMI, and no amount was refunded even after two months. Upon further investigation, I discovered the company was fraudulent. Despite multiple attempts to contact their manager and customer care, I have not received a refund.
