Worst Experience ever
They don’t pick up the call. Fake commitment is given. Initially they tell they will everything is included in the package (stay, breakfast and dinner) but later on they ask you to pay amount partial amount.
For everything we have to follow up 100 times then also they don’t provide the solution
Flight ticket we have paid from our end which they told they will provide between 20% to 40% reimbursement but again still not done, we are following up continuously
Tasneem is very rude while talking even after communicating and having written proof she blames on customer.
They told it will be no cost EMI, but now we are getting interest payment on EMI. That again they are telling we will reimburse on a monthly basis for which again we have to do multiple follow ups.
Javed never picks up the call
Farooq never picks up the call
For everything we have to visit the office then only they will do something else they will not respond only
