On July 15, 2023, I added money to my Fampay wallet that is linked to my phone.
Since then, two payments totaling 7000Rs each are on hold.
Your team responded, “As far as we can tell, you have two payments of Rs. 7000 on hold, referring to FMPIB67550359 and FMPIB67549098. Written on July 15, 2022.
My account will be shut down on April 5th. I need a complete report on my payment right away.
