Hello sir..
This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered a dress on 1st of April through Instagram with a page of ladies fashion world.. I received the item on 6th of April 2022 with COD.. I payed 2250rs..once the item was unpacked I could find worst quality dress placed n soon I msgd that lady she replied me she shall place a return request mail n pick boy shall return the amount in 7 days. Soon after that I was continously messaging and calling but there is no response.. inspite of being online there is no response.. I could find her name as Pooja Sharma on watsapp.. I dropped a mail to fashion scoop care but even then no response.. I would request to look into this matter n get my money back.. confirmation call which I had received is also not responding..so plz help me out
