I have ordered two sarees on you tube whose code no. is BS410-407 with COD option on 16 May 21. Today I received the parcel throug Ekart courier from New Delhi. To my surprise, the parcel contained two sarees of cheap quality worth of 150/- easch where as I paid Rs.1000/- on COD. No address of the sender is given except for the courier address. Kindly do the needful and advise me to get back my money. I also placed the scanned copy of the parcel cover.
