I came accross this shopping website “FAST SHIPPING” in Instagram.
It has multiple clothes and apparels in the stock.
I placed an order and there no COD option so I had to make the payment via online.
The policy on the website says, free shipment for Indian address, 7-10 days delivery of the order and 30 days return policies. And we can even track the order.
Hence I made the payment.

I got one msg saying I can track the order once I receive a confirmation text . But I didn’t receive any confirmation msg or any msg about the shipment or any link to track the order.
This is the only text I got. The moment I made the payment.

I am still waiting for that msg they said they will send once the shipping is done or any way of them conforming the order being shipped.

There is no contact number to directly get in touch with the vendor or the company.
There is a “contact us” link which only has a mail id.
I have sent multiple mails on it and there is no response of the mail sent to the “contact us” link on the webpage.

I Have still not received the package or any other information about it.
It’s been more than 2 weeks now.
