I ordered a shrug from the website two weeks back. Since there was no cash in delivery option, I paid the money online. Only after the payment I received a msg saying that the order is placed and that I will receive another message once it is ready to ship. It’s been almost 15 days since I ordered and there’s no response. I’ve sent 3 mails and still no reply to mails also. I don’t know how cab the company be so irresponsible. Pls see into it
