Fast Track Cabs
On 30th December I booked a fast track cab 3.5 hrs in advance for a scheduled drop at 8pm from Neelankari to Saligramam in Chennai and the confirmation number was FTP2698741.
I was supposed to get cab details at 7.30 PM, but did not get so till 8 PM and when i called them they started saying bad luck, no cabs, rains and denied me the service.
This affected my commute and i was stranded on road under rains for 3 hours and had to hire taxi at exorbitant rate of 5000 to reach back home. I would like an action to be taken against the Fast track cabs based in Chennai and expect a compensation for the actual cost i bore and the harassment i had to go through.
