I booked the taxi 1 day prior to my travel date. I called the call center and booked the taxi and they confirmed me your cab has been booked and you will get the taxi by 6:45 am next morning.. early morning 6 am( the day i was traceling) i gave them a call they said booking is confirmed and you will get a taxi by 6 45.. i called them multiple times they were giving me the same answer. My train was at 7:16 and i called them tilll 7 am at last they said sorry we dont have taxi now… i was really angry and i wanted to put a legal case against them. How irresponsile people does t care about others..
