I am complaining against the fastinfo classes Dehradun

My complaint is against the fastinfo class they have not given me the coarse which I have purchased I did not get the service from them.
On 2 nd feb I purchased the coarse advance english of amount 5695 Rs.
This coarse was about monday wed and fri and they are not giving me service which I have purchased so I complaint and requested for refund and this is mentioned in their regund policy if student is not satisfied he deserves refund now they are denying
They are looting students on the name of different courses and providing basic coarse which is totally wrong unjustice
They have different coarse frkm different fees but the coarses are same which is fraud I want resolution and refund from. Fastinfo I’m not from very good family background I’ll take leagal action and upload it on social media suggest everyone that fastinfo is scam only on the name of education.

want my refund , u are not taking any classes i have joined zoom meeting but no one was there to take the class.
Today I got a call for this issue so as much they can help me in this matter they did instead of refund.
Not fully happy but ok it’s fine.
