I had enrolled in an English spoken course in fastinfo classes on 3 may 2021 but when i came to know that it was a basic batch, I immediately went for refund and didn’t take any classes for the same.

I mailed them regarding the refund and called customer care for the same. They said i would get the refund within 15-20 days. But its been more than 5 months but neither got any refund nor any response from their side.

I called them again on 11th June regarding the same. They cooked up the same story. Now when i called them up in the morning they bluntly said no for the refund and asked me to join any course.

When i went on to the internet to file an online complaint against them. My luck was so bad that the first site that popped up on google was online legal India. I went on and filed a complaint against them and talked to a person from that legal department.

When i made the one time payment of Rs 825 and got the Invoice. boom it was mentioned on the top right corner fast info services and BAAM and i fell into a trap . I filled the fraud case on the company (fast info classes) by the company online legal services ( that too belongs to fast info services).

And that con man from legal department didn’t pick up the phone. I am done with all this bullshit now. Please help me get my 1594 + 825 back in my account anyhow.
