I had ordered two sweaters for me and my friend from this website on 16th Feb 2021 and the order was expected to be delivered by 3rd March 2021. I had paid total 398 from google pay to Razorpay and also received a mail that the order is confirmed (#6708 & #6732). Then I haven’t received any mail regarding the tracking of the order or about the delivery details. I need to get a refund as soon as possible or the product to be delivered with good quality by the latest. But better I get the fund back soon. I had sent many mails and messages and didn’t receive any replies yet. It says ‘Rapid delivery all over India’ and it seems that they aren’t even delivering the products!! This is fraud online website. I request a refund.
