I have ordered FDS-310, cocktail designer saree from Fathis Designer Studio on January 29 2023 along with another dress. I have received the dress, but till date I haven’t received the saree. I have also send emails and WhatsApp messages to them several times, but didn’t receive any response. Even calls made to them were unanswered. I have also filed a complaint to National Consumer Forum, but the authority says that these people are not responding to their emails. Today is 7th March 2024, I haven’t received the order FDS-310 till date.
