Even though I have paid off all of the EMIs, they are still requesting one. After sending emails and making calls, they did not respond. I have all the evidence of every payment that is owed, to the best of my knowledge. However, they are deducting funds from my account under the guise of ECS costs without providing me with a NOC.
I have already complained to RBI about this company’s employees all being sent to prison. In addition, they have their own app, previously known as Finance Peer and currently known as LEO 1. My EMI is zero in that app, but these individuals are careless. They do not transmit NOC.
