Sir/Madam,
I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi2 mobile from FLIPKART on 22nd june 2015 and they have sent me a piece of wood. When I contacted Flipkart, they accepted their mistake and promised me to replace the product but till now I have not received the product after waiting for more than One Month.
I request your kind intervention to solve this problem.
