flipsale.in / samsung E 1200 mobile phone – damaged product with missing headphone and box seal broken

i had purchased Samsung E1200 mobile from FLIPSALE.IN in scheme of 99% cash back in flipsale wallet.
But i had received a damaged product and 99% cash back is not credited in to my wallet and there is no option to return the product and also i had call to 01145584309 flipsale contact no. but there is no response from them they had cheated to me.
so please give a suggestion that what should i do now.
