I placed a cake order on July 22, 2024. They canceled the order, claiming that it would not be delivered because the seller lived far away.

They promised to reimburse the money in ten to fifteen working days, according to a letter they sent. I’ve sent them numerous emails since then, but they haven’t responded.

On the website, there is no phone number for them.
Strict measures ought to be implemented against these scammers.
