Description: clearance sale offer was there for bean bags and i found the website in Instagram.so i ordered the items from the website www.fluffybags.in. An amount of 888 inr is deducted from my account but order did not get confirmed.
I tried reaching them but no reply from their side. I have called my bank and they said amount has been received by the merchant. i Want your help in getting back my money which i think is duped.
I found them in Instagram and i tried to buy the bean bags from them which are worth 499 each. Desirable solution would be to help me get back my money and punish the offender with heavy penalty.
There is no mobile number where we can contact and nobody is replying in the email. I have sent multiple emails but no reply as such. company upi number is showing in the name of some MRTeju Ram Jat.
Customer care is not showing any number. I tried every possible way to reach out to them and i made an online transaction believing it is a valid site as i checked the certificate also but i received no confirmation for the order.
