Order 2751, revolving Kitchen Rack. Paid 299 via phone pe. Attaching snippet for the same on 8th March 2022.
It’s been more then a week and no notification or update regarding shipping is there. I sincerely believe this is a hoax company and my shopify.com should have a better screening process.
Consumer is earning by spending his blood and sweat so that he can make his family life easier, hence the ordering of rack and now feeling cheated.
I request the concerned authorities to take necessary actions. If still it is possible that the item will be shipped, I’ll be happy, if not kindly assist in refund.
