My flight to Milan originally booked for 8/6/18 travelling with Emirates, had to be changed to 4/6/18 due to a death in my family This change was requested on 3/6/18 in my name but by my son Stephen Donnelly. A charge of $795.0 was charged to my credit card on 5/6/18 despite the following circumstances
The first flight Sydney to Dubai was NOT booked I presented to check in at 4am and was informed of this
Emirates ground staff were extremely helpful but Flyfar could not resolve the situation in the timeframe Consequently I had to wait at the airport til an evening flight This was unacceptable and emotionally traumatic in the circumstances
I am seeking recompense for this
