They offered to help me book reservations even during busy times like holidays, long weekends, and other celebrations when they sold me a vacation package. But now whenever I send an email to make a reservation during a long weekend or a holiday, they simply reply with a regret email stating that they are unable to accommodate me at this time. The way they act has made me very depressed. After battling for months, I accepted 2 free bookings from them. I’m unsure of how to end this membership and receive my payment in full. Highly Swindled! Awful Service! Do not purchase such packages, please.
