On 10th of October,I ordered a set of three suits from folksfab.com
And today from Xpressbee I received my order
First of all,I received only two kurtis without dupatta and salwar which are of a very bad quality
Second thing,the Kurtis are in a very bad condition, the suit I saw in app was very nice but the kurti I received is totally different. They Kurtis seems old and used with smell coming from it
I called the delivery man and he said that they are not from that folksfab company,they are the workers of Xpressbee and he cannot return the order .I wanted to return my order at the time I received from the delivery boy,but he refused to take it and said that cancel your order from the website and then return it .But when I opened the site ,it was not working.
I cannot understand why this folksfab.com is not working
I called on the customer care number but the number was switched off.
The site is not working for a single time .
I m really worried about my money
The cloth is too bad . I couldn’t even see at them again.That much bad they are.
My family members, My partner, all are yelling at me .
How can this site do this fraud with lots of people
They should be highly punished and money should be refunded
We are suffering to earn a single money and 599 is not a small amount for us
I heartily request you to please file my complaint regarding this site
I request you to return my order and refund my money.
