This site has a number of problems.
1. I chose the cash on delivery option when I placed an order using one of the tables on this website. I received the production on the tenth working business day, despite their stated delivery time of three to five business days.
2. I sent an email to their email address asking for the tracking details or the delivery status, but they haven’t replied. Additionally, they never respond to emails.
3. The main problem is that I refused to accept the different product I was given. delivery man, though, isn’t prepared to take it back. and pressuring them to take the product.
4. The second significant problem is that, although they now state that they have a return policy, there is no email address or contact information provided.
5. After spending an hour on the site, I discovered a phone number where I could contact them, but they are not picking up calls and have not responded.
The product I received was barely 600, despite the product costing 3,000. The website is not prepared to reply, and there is no return option.
I want the real product now; I no longer want this one. that the product page depicts what I wanted and should receive.
