I am writing to formally file a complaint against Mr. Bharat Saini and Mr. Levi Saini, the CEO and management representatives of ForcitCample, for engaging in unethical practices, including harassment of senior citizens and non-payment of salaries to employees. Their actions have caused immense distress and financial hardship to many individuals.
Key Issues:
Harassment of Senior Citizens:
Mr. Bharat Saini and Mr. Levi Saini have reportedly harassed 70-year-old men and women by forcing them to wait for hours to receive their experience certificates. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also inhumane and unjustifiable.

Over 20 employees have not been paid their rightful salaries by ForcitCample. This blatant disregard for labor laws and employee rights has left many individuals in financial distress, violating basic ethical and legal obligations.
Exploitation of Employees:
The refusal to provide experience certificates and the non-payment of dues suggest a pattern of exploitation, aimed at denying individuals their hard-earned rights and tarnishing their professional careers.
Violation of Labor Laws:
The actions of Mr. Bharat Saini and Mr. Levi Saini contravene labor laws, which mandate timely payment of wages and fair treatment of employees. Their behavior reflects poorly on ForcitCample’s reputation and integrity as an organization.

Immediate Investigation:
