Ford EcoSport – Engine damage and delay of delivery

Respected Sir,
I am the owner of Ecosport Car No. MH16BY714.
There is no any problem to my car but, employee of Yashwant Ford Service station, MIDC Area, Ahmednagar was frequently calling me for replacement of Engine Time belt. On the day of 06th October 2020 my car given to service station for part change. But yet not repair / replace of part. I have frequently requested the employee of Yashwant Ford Service station for deliver the car to me but they are not returning my car and given pointless reasons. They are saying, my car is not started.
So, it is evident that there was a total negligence from the Technicians and employees of Yashwant Ford Service, MIDC Area, Ahmednagar that led to severe damage of the car Eco boost engine. In this regard, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Yashwant Ford Service, MIDC, Ahmednagar team and want the replacement car engine free of cost. And also given the compensation amount of Rs. 5000/- per day from day of 6th October, 2020.
