Complaint against :- FORT POINT MARUTI SERVICE CENTER

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Need your valuable support – Take action against Fort Point, Thane service center.
We have Wagon R VXI oct 2009 model. (MH 04 ED 1264). We also taken Insurance policy from them. They offered some benefit offers with policy, like Free washing & cleaning. (Insurance consultant Tejaswini # +919594974608)
Before washing & cleaning our car working smoothly without any problem. Dated 27/09/13 we gave them for washing on 28/09/13 they return our car.
On the next day our car is not able to start, we called there engg for check up. As per there advice once again we go for check in service station. Next day we got call from them you have to paid INR 6500/- for failure of converter assembly Part # 31400m79f12 lucas.
So we check with them on this issue, but they are not ready to accept there mistake happen at time of washing & cleaning. They told us “Electric part hai kabhi bhi karab ho sakata hai, kuch bata nahi sakate”.
We follow up with them from last 1 week, but same reason we received from them. Each time they told us we will discussed with our manager & they will call us, but never it happen. From today Ms.Tejaswini also not picking phone or reply.
Main ye Insurance policy leke fass gaya hu. Inr 6000 ka policy leke muzhe abhi INR 12000 dena pad raha hai for unwanted reason.
Our car with them only, due to financial condition i m also not able to arrange INR 6500 at time. Current they are aksing we will give you 7% discount & free labour. If there is not mistake from there side then why they asking for discount.
Our planning to launch complaint against service center in consumer court, but we have faith in Maruthi, they will definatly help us to resolve this issue. So waiting for your positive & valuable reply support.
