The company was named Senior Email Marketing Executive. On 24-Feb-2020, I was warned to leave the company by 28-Feb-2020 and
I was asked to pay my Feb month salary of Rs 32000 / – after 45 days, while according to the rule of India, my salary was to be paid within 2 days.
But the company did not do this and my job also went away and the salary was not even received today, 03-Nov-2020 and it has been 8 months, 6 days and now the company is refusing to pay the salary.
Today, the country is troubled by the Corona epidemic. I have no money, no employment, have to pay the rent, pay room rent, how will the family be maintained if the company does not pay
Therefore, the PMO is requested to please file my complain in this context. Proper shut down this company action should be taken against the culprits and the loss of 2 months should be made 64000/-, so that my family can be nourished.
