I referred my friend to One Card, She successfully activated OneCard on 30 April 2022, but I didn’t get the referral rewards. I talked to your ### support executive, who doesn’t even know how to raise the ticket. He freaking took the request and told me to wait for 48 hours; I already knew nothing would happen after 48 hours. Ten days have already passed.
See, if you are not in a position to provide CUSTOMER support, why are you offering products. It’s hard to survive on CREDit cards. Soon, you will understand better. Your app is worthless.
Also, tell me what is the Entity Name of yours registered under RBI Complaint Management System.
