Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I am unable to stop the regular deductions from my salary account for mutual funds SIP.
It has been happening since January 2023.
The SIP cannot be stopped or terminated from the website.
A button is present, but it is inoperable.
I brought up the issue with their team, who acknowledged it and forwarded it to their back end team, but my money is still being taken out.
