Sir,
My self Shintu Kumar presently living in gwalior, M.P. . On 30 Nov 17, I have done online recharge of my Dish tv account through free recharge application. But on my dish TV account the payment has not reached yet , for this I have told many times toy dish TV customer care and free recharge app customer care with mail, but both are saying that goal has not achieved. Free recharge app customer care is telling that your recharge has done and dish TV customer care is telling that amount not received on his corner. Regarding this all my email conversation has attached herewith. Kindly do the needful so that this type of action will not be happen in future with any consumer.
