I placed an order with frenesi fashion over 40 days ago. I have paid already. Yet I have not received my order. Furthermore, I’ve gotten no replies to my mails, no responses to calls and no messages through the website chat with us. They do not respond to me at all. I’ve tried reaching out on instagram too and still nothing. I want my 2000 rupees back. On company’s website, there is no option for cancellation of order either.
