I ordered a dress worth Rs 2205 from frenesi fashion around a month ago and there is no update since then.
They do not reply on any of their so called customer care platforms.
It is mentioned that you can cancel your order if it is not delivered within 25 day but they do not have any option of cancelling the order on their website.
They have this huge Instagram handle where the comments regarding the refunds, order updates are deleted by them.
