Since October, I have been following up with Frenesi Fashion via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram regarding my order (FNF5607#), but I have not received a helpful response.

Two of my items were never delivered at all, even though the Support Team acknowledged they were on hold via email. I followed up with them, but they never arrived. No one ever replied. It would be sufficient to simply provide a refund.

This is really, really disappointing.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from
