I’ve sent them numerous direct messages on Instagram and WhatsApp, as well as two emails at *****@frenesifashion.com inquiring about the status of my order, but I haven’t received a response.
I’ve made numerous calls to them, but nobody picks up. I have purchased the product for 1900. The order was placed on December 23, 2023, and my order number is FNF6228#.
A month has passed and they have not provided any updates. This is really disappointing. I would like a refund or for the product to be delivered.
They operate the frenesifashion Instagram page.
Tanvi Pathania is the company’s owner. I’m asking you to look into this, please.
