With regard to a recent purchase I made from the Frenzydealz99myshopify.com website, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration.

I placed an order for two pairs of cargo jeans (Order #FNZ3390) and was eager to get them.

But when I got the items, I found out that both of the pairs of cargo jeans are broken.

The flaws include uneven hemlines, poor zipper construction, and issues with the stitching.

These flaws jeopardize the jeans’ functionality in addition to their appearance.

I am utterly dissatisfied with the quality of the product, and it is obvious that these things do not live up to the expectations promoted on your website.

I am aware that I have a right to merchandise in good condition as a customer.

I kindly ask for a full refund of [899] for the two pairs of defective cargo jeans.
