I purchased a combo of washing machine and fridge from here for 11k. I have just started earning and thought this was a great deal. They delivered it in 2 days but then the washing machine had multiple issues like the water wouldn’t stay and it would create a lot of noice. So i raised a complain and they kept delaying the replacement. They still have not sent a replacement or a technician and they keep ignoring calls and messages. They won’t make a refund also, but they have mentioned in the bill that if the person wants to return an appliance at any cost they would get a 50% refund.
