dear sir/madam i am jitendra kumawat and my address is 37, shri ram nagar, near avm school, kalwar road, jhotwara, jaipur ,rajasthan. From last 2 years 7 months i am paying the loan but till now dated 27/08/2013 no statement has been received. several times i have visited local office but all in vain. every time i visit either system is down or printer is out of paper or cartridge , i haven’t received the statement on mail also.
