I am Mahtab I just ordered Mangoes and Dryfruits over facebook platform to FUSION COLLECTION. I made the online payment of INR 2342.30 incl GST with order # 3751.
They also confirmed my order via mail confirmation and stated that “We’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent”.
But nothing received so far neither the order nor any contact details of them.
How platform like facebook promote such business over its platform, Its totally their responsibility to check the vital credentials of online seller while posting their particulars.
Fusion collection also has its online pay desk via UPI/RazorPay/Debit/Credit cards etc.
Very much disappointed its all about hard earned money of common people and some people took us their money while making them fool over world biggest networking site. Shame on Facebook…
Its also a lesson to us also to be more careful while placing any order or just go to local market and shop.
