Between August 20 and August 29, I applied for a personal loan from Ganpati Finance.
My first and last conversations with that person, vikas Kumar, took place on August 25 and 23, respectively.
He turns off his mobile device after August 31. They demand a payment of Rs. 1000 for the login fees I already paid and then demand another payment of Rs. 12,000 for advance EMI insurance.
I searched online for a customer service number for assistance and found Mr. Abhishek I once again paid the amount after he said he would assist me and refund the money. If you need a loan, please pay the requested amount of 19500.
However, I have not received any loan money, and they are once again demanding cancellation fees of Rs. 5000 in exchange for a refund.
I have payment documentation, and I have access to all chats. I have given them a total of Rs. 62000.
They are currently not returning calls or emails. I want my money back in this enormous amount because I have not received a single penny. I already have some health issues;
