I have order the kitchen appliances at site kitchen city.in worth rs 1575. My payment is also deducted from my account but still I have not received any confirmation message from any one for delivery. Amount credited in account of garden faishon I called today many times but no one is picking the phone. I have received one message of order no. 57403375815. After that not received any confirmation. So plz. Help me in recording my amount or procedure for amount refund.
