The car with registration WB12B 5264 was given for a paid servicing including washing and cleaning.

The Invoice related to this is SER-INV-0010036-2S-1617-1521/22 clearly shows that labour item 0010T22-P has been charged 513.00 Rs for cleaning and washing.

When the car was delivered a major body scratch / discoloration was seen on the left side rear wheel arch.

The service workshop ( authorized service center for FIAT cars ) denies that it had anything to do with the scratch and telling that this was already present earlier.
This is a clear violation of the Service where the consumer is paying for the service and incurring loss in some other form.

I had written to Garodia WorkShop CRM executive who have replied in a shady note , not suggesting clearly as to why this occured in the first place and why I was not informed of the same.

I will request that this be taken up with the Consumer Court and addressed so that Garodia addresses this and helps me get the required compensation in cash or service.

The paint which peeled due to negligence on part of the Service workshop should be corrected and restored by Garodia Automobiles Ltd without any charge as they had caused this in the first place.
