I am a regular customer of Garudavega sending package items to my kids at USA for the past four years. I register here that the parcel of items sent on 18th July 2022 from Chennai were inordinately delayed and delivered only on 9th August 2022 at Pittsburg. It is almost 23 days. I am ex employee in aviation sector at Bengaluru and I understand that due to some reasons with cargo, delay had happened for more than tweleve days.
The eatables sent were spoiled due to long duration. whenever we track the item through your website (chat), asked us to register the email id but we never get respond. Initially, personnel use to respond but subsequently due to the heavy pressure, instead of voice response only chat was implemented.
I have been put in inconvenience and subjected to extraneous pressure.

While on the subject, I like to say here that this is the firt time I have sent the parcel from Chennai. Prior to this , I was staying at Bengaluru and many times I sent parcels (home collections many times) but every time except the last one reached in max of six days( It is pre covid and covid and post covid times)
I do not understand as why the parcel from Chennai has got delayed. It was held up at Bengaluru for more than ten days.
It is justiable if you compensate for the uncontrolled activity happened. How are you going to compensate for a) the losses and spoiled items b) mental torture.
