I ordered a gen 5 carlyle stainless steel smart watch from an online store named “gen5watches”and the bill is for the same item, but at the time of delivery, i received two fasttrack watches which don’t even feel authentic. Now what can i do to get what i really ordered? Tried contacting seller but no reply from them. It cost me 1710 rupees and seller isn’t responding to my complaint.
