No action is being taken by the company when asked to refund or return a product which wasn’t the right product ordered. They do not take calls or answer emails. The delivery of the product was also not efficient since the delivery date was extended. Due to it, we had to personally pick up the order from a nearby delivery station and also payed the due amount since we had opted for cash on delivery. However once the product has been delivered, there has been no response from their side.
