I had bought algo trading software from a goalgo software company from pune, I had purchase a monthly 20k premium neutron plan on the date 06/03/23. The goalgo company assured me his company software would give at least 20k profit on 25k capital and I was given access to my demat account with 28k capital. and he lost my 4k capital in 1st trade on 08/03/2023 and he assured me don’t worry company will recover your all losses, but they didn’t and my losses are gone on 7k. Again and again I faced losses from this software, then I complaint to the company instead of ruduce my loss you are making more my losses and he asked me to upgrade your plan otherwise you will lose all your capital. and the company demanded from me paying 11k for the upgrade plan then i said to company manager you can not give guarantee my capital and you can not reduce my loss what basis you asking me to upgrade plan and how can I trust you ,then company manager said we can not take guarantee to your capital and he talking rudly then I withdraw my all capital and kept my API close from next day and I request to company , i don’t want your software and refund my money back But they didn’t ready for refund my money
And
I had such a situation that I could not use the software and if i used it, i would have to face the losses
This company is not good don’t go with and
This company cheats and they first assurance we give good profit etc. when the losses going started , then they ask you to upgrade the plan by paying extra money. This is fraud company don’t invest money and company staff don’t have manners how to speak with client. This is fraud company
