Here i have purchased VPS server from godaddy.com on Jan 2016, monthly basis and there we have uploaded our client web application as we area web and application development company. so from jan 2016 we started work and test on VPS server purchased from Godaddy.com even i have purchased backupservice module for the same. and i have taken backup to server , but on feb end server show account suspended and i have check so its due to un renewal its suspended so i renew with payment on next day.. then after the 28th feb my site bigknowledgezone.in not started and after renewal payment i call to godaddy support team then suggest some changes on name server and etc i have done . as from that day i am not able to findout and files and any database on server as showing everything missing.

i am taking follow from last 1 week everyday approx 1 hr i discuss with support team to get backup file or why its remove from server .. but they said we have no such files and backup of files. and in godaddy log system its showing i have taken backup and files was there in month of jan and feb mid.

so still i ask to support team why files and data base is missing or removed from server , we working for this project since 8 months and this is patent registered project of our client. and now i need help from consumer court to resolve this and we want our money what we loss business and what business loss in such few days.
