As we spoke over the phone with Jeny, I must inform you that I will experience financial difficulty in the upcoming months as a result of unforeseen events, making it almost impossible for me to make the installment payments for the reserved apartment.
Please let me know what my options are in light of this.
1. Can I get my money back from Godrej in reasonable terms after paying around 14 lakh so far?
2. Can I invest in another Godrej low-cost property and transfer my booking deposit to another Godrej low-cost property if Godrej is unable to provide a refund?
Please get back to us as soon as possible and let us know what you think of our alternatives.
We are in an unexpected circumstance, therefore I’m hoping Godrej will help us through this trying period.
