Hi,

Bought a ready to move in flat from Godrej properties/Universal builder in Godrej ecity project in DODDATHOGUR, Ecity Bangalore 560100 in August last year. But builder is refusing to handover the flat since the Kormanagala registrar is not ready to issue the Occupant certificate even though all the regulatory and compliance norms have been met. Builder is not ready to give any time frame for handover of the flat and registration. Can you please intervene and get this resolved?
